How to use this template

  1. Name your slots — fill in the product / competitor names below. Empty slots stay greyed out.
  2. Score 1–5 per dimension — 1 = No signal, 3 = Moderate activity, 5 = Confirmed ramp in the last 60 days. Eight categories, one row each.
  3. Read the tier — the bottom row shows the per-competitor composite (sum across 8 dimensions) and tier: 8–18 = Rumor, 19–31 = Pattern, 32–40 = Pre-announcement. Anything in red deserves a response owner this week.
